You can eat at San Taw Win Restaurant, which is set 200 metres away from the property. 20 minutes walk to a bus stop.

ya kun cafe, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. free parking onsite was provided. a wonderful base for exploring yangon. we greatly enjoyed this place.
